friendly staff quiet room nice breakfast
the on-site restaurant provided a good meal and the staff were both friendly and cute. breakfast was included, and it was nice. the room was quiet.
i noticed some deterioration of facilities, including damaged furniture .

a BEAUTIFUL getaway
ample parking water park friendly staff
i enjoyed the ample parking available. the cut through to Coate Water Park was really convenient! the staff was also very friendly. the room was spacious and i found nice touches like enough plug sockets near the bed!
i noticed some furniture looked damaged, it could use a little tlc.

The breakfast included lovely cooked items. I saw fluffy towels too. I noticed a good choice of complimentary drinks were available. biscuits for a sweet treat. It made the mornings very special.

I enjoyed the benefit of having a door to the outside from my room. This made it really convenient to access the gardens. Coate water park nearby is amazing. It provides a beautiful space for walks.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. I really felt that they cared about my experience. Bridget. the ease of connection to the main road was also helpful for exploring the area.

the staff proved friendly and accommodating. the room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the food was good, very much what i would call pub grub (i do appreciate a good meal).
the room i had suffered from intermittent internet access. this made working from the room difficult. the bed had a noticeable dip in the middle and felt quite hard.

The staff was personable, jolly, and happy. Breakfast featured a selection from toast to a full English option. Dinner was superb with a smallish menu. The staff was always happy to help!
A rubber mat in the shower would have been useful.

I appreciated the very dog friendly atmosphere at the location. The staff was polite and helpful. The food offered was good. I found my room quite comfortable.
I noticed some damaged furniture in one of the rooms I booked on this visit.

damaged furniture rude staff
the room was clean. it met my basic expectations.
The room's furniture showed signs of wear and tear. the blinds were broken, a source of frustration each morning. i also found the behavior of some staff members quite rude. They showed indifference to customer service.

blackout curtains hotel kettle internet issue hard bed
The room had effective blackout curtains. I found a kettle iron and hairdryer available in my room.
Working from my room was almost impossible as there was no internet. The bed had a big dip in the middle and was very hard and uncomfortable.
